Brixton Spring 2017

Californian staple Brixton have unveiled their latest set of visuals for Spring/Summer 2017, showcasing a range of seasonal pieces which draw inspiration from workwear, classic sportswear, Americana and laid back west coast living.

The brand continue to deliver quality products with a timeless aesthetic, taking the focus away from large graphic branding and honing in on the fit, construction and material of each piece. Alongside the everyday basics - the tees, sweaters & hoodies, the brand have also developed a varied selection of casual shirting, functional accessories, headwear  and light outerwear. The latest release aligns with previous offerings as the brand continue to build their archive of trustworthy, accessible designs, updated for the warmer months ahead.

The Brixton Spring/Summer 2017 collection is available now at select UK retailers including Note and Flatspot.

Brixton X Hard Luck – Friendly Union

Brixton have come together with team rider Jason Jessee's Hard Luck brand on the 'Friendly Union' collection this season, consisting of a small range of apparel and headwear.

Known for their high performance bearings and custom grip tape, Hard Luck have built a strong team over the years consisting of veterans such as Mark Gonzales and Neil Blender, alongside several Brixton Union riders such as Kenny Anderson, Dolan Stearns, Jake Reuter and Jordan Taylor. It was only a matter of time before the two parties linked up on a project, and this season we have it with a concise release which includes a lined bomber jacket, plaid shirt, graphic tee and long-sleeve. The release features custom, dual branded design by artist Necalli applied throughout, as well as the "Go Fast" slogan printed on to selected pieces. The collection is rounded off with a custom felt hat and heavyweight knit beanies, which arrive in three colour options.

The Brixton X Hard Luck - Friendly Union collection will be available dropping at independent UK stockists this weekend. Head over to for more and be sure to check the collabs promo video below!

Brixton Holiday 2015 Lookbook

Hot on the heels of their Fall 2015 release, San Diego label Brixton present their latest collection captured in another beautifully shot lookbook.

As one of the maturer brands on the market Brixton tastefully blur the lines of traditional workwear and more updated streetwear silhouettes, drawing from numerous themes to inform their design. Deeply rooted in music and the culture around their native city of San Diego, their latest collection maintains the brands signature look with the addition of new cut and sew outerwear, wovens, and pants, a strong headwear selection, and bulked out with a range of laid-back wardrobe staples. It’s a diverse release which utilises a seasonal colour palette and various heavyweight fabrics, delivering a range of goods that can be worn on their own or easily layered.

One again Brixton continue to outdo themselves on the visuals, capturing the latest collection and the lifestyle around the brand with an array of candid imagery that follows friends of the brand through their daily life routines.

Brixton Fall 2015 Lookbook

Brixton have dropped their latest set of visuals to showcase offerings from the Californian brands well rounded Fall 2015 collection.

Something that we have always admired about Brixton is their ability to stick closely to their core values, drawing from the laid back Californian lifestyle, encompassing the music, culture and the people around them, and still managing to deliver exciting collections season after season. Their latest release for Fall 2015 sticks closely to what we have seen from the brand previously, building on their instantly recognisable aesthetic with a collection full of versatile styles.

Headwear remains the staple throughout the Fall collection, which also sees a focus on the outerwear department, ranging from hooded puffer jackets to biker inspired leather jackets. You have the Brixton essentials in the t-shirts, long-sleeves, hoodies and sweaters alongside more considered pieces in the button-down shirts, robust trouser designs and knit options for the colder weather. There is an emphasis on keeping things simple as they reference traditional designs and utilise hard wearing, reliable materials such as corduroy and flannel. Sticking to an autumnal colour palette throughout, all pieces are able to look good on their own or layered as temperatures begin to drop.

The Brixton Fall 2015 collection is available now at select stores including Note Shop, The Chimp Store and 5Pointz

Brixton Summer 2015 Lookbook

Brixton have always been a brand that we have admired, from their consistently strong visuals to their simplistic, timeless product that they continue to put out season after season, to us they are a great example of how to present a clothing brand in the right way. For Summer 2015, Brixton again deliver on all fronts with another stunning lookbook that showcases a clean collection full of ready to wear pieces and with it capturing the Brixton ‘lifestyle’ and what those who make and wear the clothing are all about.

Drawing from their Californian heritage and inspired largely by the people, the music and the culture that surrounds them, their latest release features several summer ready styles, from the subtle graphic print tees to the casual workwear inspired shirting selection that we have come to love from the brand. Board shorts and relaxed chinos make up most of the trouser offering, while their headwear pieces really stand out from the pack with several vintage inspired caps and brimmed hats. Logos and graphics are kept to a minimum, with rugged materials applied and a muted colour palette throughout giving a relaxed vibe to a quality release.

The Brixton Summer 2015 collection is available now at the following UK stores: Flatspot, Urban Industry and The Chimp Store
