Vans x Fucking Awesome Epoch Pro ’94

AV and Dill have put their heads together as they team up with Vans once again on a collaborative release, this time reworking the simplistic 90's silhouette - the Epoch.

Taking a signature bold, subversive FA approach to the design, the Epoch Pro's upper has been reworked with a distinctive embossed logo detailing throughout the entirety of the shoes upper, which arrive in three tonal colour ways of light blue, black and cream. Each style features Vans Pro functionality, with their high impact Ultracush sock liners and hard wearing Duracap reinforcements built in to the design. Final touches include tonal lacing and subtle Vans label on the lacing.

The Vans x Fucking Awesome Epoch ‘94 Pro collection is available now at select Vans retailers including Welcome and Flatspot.

Fucking Awesome and Hockey present Fight/Fuck

Following on from their introductory clip back in April, Hockey now comes together with its mother brand Fucking Awesome on a new clip titled Fight/Fuck. Teaming up with Thrasher on the visuals, the 5 minute video features the brands head honcho’s Jason Dill and Anthony Van Engelen alongside riders Kevin Terpening, John Fitzgerald and Donovan Piscopo.

Hockey Skateboards

Seemingly out of nowhere a two-part promo has appeared online from Anthony Van Engelen and Jason Dill’s Hockey Skateboards, and along with it their first line of decks and tees have also been released.

Hockey Skateboards has been unveiled under the F.A World Entertainment umbrella as a kind of passion project away from the main line brand following the success of Fucking Awesome. After months of teasers and subtle mentions in interviews, the raw 4 minute footage featuring riders Donovan Piscopo and John Fitzgerald finally launches the brand in true F.A style with no music, little editing and great skateboarding. At this point not much else is known about the company with little promotion and little in the way of information from the video, but we are liking what we see so far and looking forward to seeing how it all pans out. Hopefully we can expect to see Hockey Skateboards hitting our shores soon.
