Norse Projects x New Balance “Lucem Hafnia” Capsule

Inspired by the architecture of the University of Copenhagen, Norse Projects and New Balance have come together once again to present a new Made In England capsule release. Following on from the pairs Danish Weather 2.0 pack released back in December of 2016, they have followed up with the "Lucem Hafnia" capsule - taking the 'Lucem' from the name of the Uni's main building and 'Hafnia', a Latin name for Copenhagen.

The classic New Balance 770 silhouette is the subject of the release. The classic mid-80s runner has been updated with smooth nubuck and full grain leather mix on the upper, detailed with embossed New Balance branding on the heel and c0-branding on the insole. Two colour ways have been offered up, the first a clean Rainy Olive option with silver & grey pops on the sole and heel, and the other a classic Brown and Navy mix accented with grey and sky blue - all of which draws from the colours found in the library at the University.

You'll be able to pick up the Norse Projects x New Balance "Lucem Hafnia" Capsule from Friday the 28th of April online at norsestore.com or if you're lucky enough to be in Copenhagen, they'll be available at the brands physical location too.
