Rivendell Mountain Works

Rivendell Mountain Works X Garbstore

Garbstore add to their list of collaborative venture's this season, as they team up with heritage accessory brand Rivendell Mountain Works on a concise bag collection featuring exclusive colour ways.

With so many options in the backpack department nowadays, what makes a Rivendell Mountain Works backpack stand out? They describe themselves as a 'micro courage industry', a brand that takes great pride in their attention to detail and their uniquely high levels of quality in all that they do. With the likes of Herschel and various other the new brands that have popped up in recent years, it's RMW's heritage and knowledge in construction, spanning over 4o years, which allows them to produce backpacks that outperform and outlast the newer designs, using materials that may now seem 'out of date' or obsolete, carefully, and knowledgeably chosen by their design team.

The Rivendell Mountain Works X Garbstore collection consists of five pieces including the two colour ways in the Mariposa Heritage Deluxe Summit Pack, two in the Baguette Paquet (a tote bag style) and one option in the Lupine Day pack. Each piece features various functional features such as a robust Cordura shell for durability, leather and Cordura panelling for reinforcement and barbells to allow you to carry extras, amongst other handy details.

Element Camp Collection

Element present the ‘Camp’ Collection

Element continue to develop their accessory line as they team up with bag specialists Industrial Alchemy on a collection inspired by those who live their life in a mixture of urban and natural environments.

The mixture of city life and life spent exploring the woods is close to Element’s heart, and is something that they build the values of their brand around. Driven by the lack of options in the market in terms of versatile carry goods, Element and Industry Alchemy have produced four separate bag designs, each serving it’s own purpose as it carefully balances the needs of the city and the camp lifestyle.

‘The Daily’ is a backpack for normal day-to-day use, the ‘Weekender’ is perfect for short trips, while the ‘Explorer’ is specifically for hiking. Finally, the Convertible duffle is suitable for all situations in both urban and natural environments against the elements. Each style features special technical features including a laminated bottom for durability, hidden skate straps to add carry space and Duraflex outdoor trims. Arriving in three seasonal colour options of black, khaki and navy in each style, with each backpack sold from the Camp Collection, 1% of the proceeds will go towards Element skate camps worldwide to provide deserving youth an opportunity to gain access to the natural world and enjoy the same experiences that have inspired the Element brand
