Post Details Summer 2015 – Tennis Anyone?

Swedish skate brand Post Details draw inspiration from the popular summer pastime of tennis in their latest collection, appropriately dubbed “Tennis Anyone?”

Having previously focused their releases towards headwear designs, their latest effort takes a slightly different direction as they continue to develop their clothing range, giving their own representation of Tennis apparel informed by their skateboarding heritage. The new collection sees the bright white and greens of the grass court applied to a range of polos tops, tees, sweaters, shorts, bottoms, socks and light outerwear options, alongside a complimenting range of caps. Post have also reworked some of the most iconic tennis brand logos and applied them as large back prints and small embroidered type, alongside their classic hydrant design, onto the pieces. The range also features a nice little touch in the custom ‘racket bag’ to accompany the apparel offerings, large enough to fit your deck in when your on your travels.

The collection offers up a unique take on tennis wear and is definitely something different to what we have seen from other skate focused brands this season.  The Post Details ‘Tennis Anyone’ Collection will be available this month from Flatspot, Ideal, Palomino Club, Lost Art and Sneakers N Stuff.

The National Skateboard Co. x Post Details

The National Skateboard Co. and Sweden’s Post Details have announced an exciting collaborative effort for Holiday 2014.

There is some history behind this one. With Post’s founder Danjiel Stankovic riding for TNSC and Neil Smith recently announced as Post Details latest family member, they definitely aren’t strangers to one another. With both brands holding similair values and both deeply rooted in skateboarding, its great to see the two come together on a collection

The limited release continues the brands minimal approach, scaling back on the graphics throughout. A stamp inspired design is applied as back prints to tees, with similar graphics used on the accompanying decks. The heavyweight cotton coach jackets and small run of corduroy caps and knitted beanies feature embroidered dual branded logos, while the standout long sleeved polo features subtle labelling.

Colours are kept simple for this collection, using white and grey as a base, with rich navy and deep burgundy treatments giving it that seasonal feel. Each piece features high levels of detailing and the construction is second to none, utilising thick fabrics for the colder months.

The National Skateboard Co. X Post Details collaborative collection is available now at the following stores;

Post Details – Post Decades Collection

Scandinavian skate brand Post Details continue to expand its offerings with a selection of new headwear and apparel pieces in their latest collection entitled ‘Post Decades’.

The brands founders Martin Ottosson and Daniel Stankjovic look back over past decades and the influence they have had on their life. Channelling themes from the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s, they apply three separate denim washes, representative of those times, onto the brands 6-panel caps. The release is rounded off with a selection of long and short sleeved tees featuring the hydrant motif graphic and embroidered post horn logo. The concise collection reinforces the brands commitment towards quality and attention to detail throughout, with the fabric used and simplistic design giving the casual active wear a more premium feel.
