Champion ‘Reverse Weave’ UK Launch

 

After 10 years of absence from the UK market, Champion return with their latest campaign spearheaded by the ‘Reverse Weave’ Collection for Autumn/Winter 2014.

Delving into their archives, the original sportswear brand introduce’s classic styles dating back to 1952 with a modern twist. The reverse weave fabric was first developed by Champion in 1938, designed to keep the workers of warehouses in upstate New York warm in the colder months. Durable, comfortable and shrink-resistant, the fabric is worked into a 4 piece release of sportswear staples including sweaters, zip-up hoodies and sweatpants, alongside bold graphic tees. The relaxed collection arrives in a muted colour palette with the original and iconic embroidered ‘C’ logo featuring throughout.

10.DEEP VCTRY™ Fall 2014 Collection

 

Following the recently released ‘World Wide Wave’ collection for Fall 2014, 10.Deep once again draw inspiration from International sports themes for their latest collection entitled ‘VCTRY’.

The collection consists of hoodies, sweaters, bottoms, headwear and outerwear pieces, dominated by heavily-patched graphic motifs of flags from across the world and a tagline that pays homage to vintage New York street fashion. The collection makes use of a variety of fabrics including Nylon, Mesh and Wool, giving classic street wear styles an athletic feel. The colour palette consists of mainly blues and greys, with added pop detailing from the various flag patches. Top picks from the collection include the Wool Varsity Jacket and the sherpa fleece/ripstop nylon pullover.

LA based CLSC have been causing a stir on the streetwear scene lately, emerging as a firm favourite during trade show season. We now get to see what all the hype is about as they deliver a fresh batch of goods ready for Autumn/Winter 2014.

Recent seasons have seen a burgeoning focus around sportswear inspired pieces, and something that CLSC do seamlessly well is merge athletic design with street ready styles. Bold designs, playful text in college inspired fonts and screen printed graphics all feature as CLSC add to their ever expanding collection.

I Love Ugly June / July Editorial

 

To celebrate the opening of their first overseas flagship store, New Zealand based I Love Ugly join forces with up and coming LA blogger Ne.Street to showcase their latest range in this beautifully shot editorial.

With the store to open in LA’s La Brea Avenue this August, ILU are set to extend upon their continued success in the southern hemisphere. Their June/July release draws inspiration from classic sportswear themes and combines this with classic formal wear styles to produce a diverse, ready to wear collection with a clean aesthetic. The look is brought to life in this stunning editorial which takes a focus on surrounding architecture and shapes, capturing beauty in the city which is so often ignored.

Hall of Fame – World Cup Capsule Collection

Despite England’s dreams of lifting the world cup being dashed for another four years, this tournament has seen some of the best football played and atmosphere created for years. Hall of Fame once again draw influence from notable sports themes as they release a capsule collection in honour of the World Cup.

The release pays homage to 5 of the top nations (kind of) Brazil, France, Germany, Italy and England, with each of the garments holding the date of each nations World Cup victory. Continuing the pixelated designs as seen in other collections, the long and short sleeved tees feature the nations badges and kit numbers on the back print.
