Back in 1987, March 26th saw the first release of the Air Max 1 and the start of a revolution that changed the footwear game for good.
March 26th will now be crowned Air Max Day, a day that will celebrate the legendary Nike icon. This years festivities will be kicked off with a limited edition release of the Air Max one to commemorate the event. The release will include all the latest innovative features, while Nike Sportswear apply a volt color treatment with a 3.26 embelishment on the tongue. The Air Max 1 ‘Air Max Day’ arrives in the original white/red upper colour way with a volt midsole.
The Air Max 1 Air Max Day will be available on Nike.com and globally at select Nike Sportswear retailers beginning in March.
