HUF Back To School 2014 Footwear

Having recently been treated to a closer look at the HUFNAGEL 2, HUF present their back-to-school collection which introduces three new styles to their footwear line.

The collection features the durable, all grain leather HUFNAGEL 2, with its Ortholite midsole providing maximum comfort and support. Another new arrival is the vintage inspired Classic Lo, again an extremely durable shoe, the rubber toe cap and heel panels allow for added wear. To round off the collection, the State comes with a new cupsole with customized EVA insole, continuing HUF’s focus on comfort and support. The shoe also includes HUF’s Ortholite midsole and is finished off with subtle stitch detailing.

HUF proudly present the second signature shoe by the brands founder and owner Keith Hufnagel.

The HUFNAGEL 2 arrives in a clean all-over black colour way for the upper, made from full-grain leather and featuring perforated detailing to ensure both durability and breathability. The slim line shoe conforms with the modern approach to the skate shoe, while its Ortholite midsole and foam insole provide the wearer with maximum support and stability. The lightweight shoe also includes padded heel panels for protection.

PUMA Autumn/Winter 2014 Lookbook

PUMA delves into its archives as inspiration for its Autumn/Winter 2014 collection, as they celebrate the Formstripe’s key role and rich history in sport.

The formstripe has been adorned by some of the greatest athletes of all time, from the tennis court in the 70’s to the track in the 90s, PUMA have worked closely with the wearers to add personality to the brand. This Autumn/WInter sees PUMA release and re-issue some of their strongest styles yet from Heritage runner to Tennis Classics , each paying high attention to detail and featuring the latest game changing technology.

The sleek lookbook showcases the seasons silhouettes throughout the different collections, which include Heritage Running, Tennis, Tech Style, Natural Calm, Winterised, Hyper Natural and Sport Classics. Firm favourites such as the R698, XS850, XT2 and 1 and the Disc Blaze all receive new treatments, with the famous Trinomic technology adding to the designs.

Vans Pro Skate AV Classics

Vans Pro Skate present yet another skateboarding footwear classic as they introduce the new Anthony Van Engelen pro model – The AV Classic.

Vans have worked closely with Van Engelen to ensure to shoe meets his every demand and provides professional level performance in the street, park, the ditches of california and much more. The shoe sits on the legendary Vans waffle outsole with OrthoLite foam footbeds for added comfort and protection upon impact, whilst the upper features Duracap underlays in high wear areas.

PUMA Court Star ‘A Touch of Class’ Preview

This year has seen some great re-issues in the tennis shoe category and summer 2014 sees PUMA weigh in with a high profile re-issue of their own.

The 70’s and 80’s saw PUMA unleash an instant tennis classic in the ‘Match’, giving the likes of Boris Becker exactly what they needed in a shoe, providing comfort and style as they conformed to the foot in all white leather. The PUMA Court Star is a slightly chunkier version of the Match, the shoe features a soft white leather upper with gold foil detailing and a coloured midsole to give a vintage, ageing look. The Court Star is completed with perforated Formstripe branding, providing a clean finish to the easy to wear casual trainer.

The shoe is designed not for play, but to be lived in. The PUMA Court Star will be available at the following stores from the 4th of July;

adidas Primeknit Pureboost 2014

Combining two of adidas’ most innovative running designs, the adidas Primeknit Pureboost provides a sleek, performance led shoe, new for this season.

The shoe uses adidas’ Boost™ technology to bring the foot closer to the midsole, ensuring comfort and responsiveness. The silhouette includes a Primeknit upper, delivering further comfort and performance benefits, using lightweight, breathable material. The shoe arrives in a minimal blue colour way with white detailing on the branding and sole, and an external heel cage. The extremely limited releases comes individually numbered on the left lateral side.

Preview: Ronnie Fieg x PUMA XT-2 “Achromatic” for Dover Street Market

Renowned New York based sneaker designer Ronnie Fieg has been at it again, this time linking up with PUMA to present the XT-2 ‘Achromatic’ exclusively for Dover Street Market.

The latest collaborative effort from PUMA and Ronnie Fieg sees two stripped back colour options in the aptly named ‘Achromatic’. Arriving with an Italian glove leather upper and lush calfskin lining, the silhouette has been stripped of all branding and colour to create a minimal yet premium look to the XT-2.

Keep an eye out for a more images and information on the release which will be released shortly. Arriving exclusively at Dover Street Market in London on May 24th, the Ronnie Fieg X PUMA XT-2 “Achromatic” will also be available in NY, Beijing and Tokyo DSM, in sizes 3 – 10.5.
