Nike SB X Call Me 917 “Country Club” Collection

Nike SB connect with team rider Alex Olson's hardware brand - Call Me 917 on a considered, tennis-inspired capsule collection this season comprised of two footwear styles and an apparel range.

Sticking to a patriotic colour palette of red, white and navy blue, the collection sees the Blazer Low GT, which was also the subject of the brands recent Supreme collab, re-worked with a premium suede upper, tonal lacing and panelling, and subtle perforated swoosh branding. Completing the look is a tri-coloured strip running throughout the lacing and on to the heel pull. Both the classic navy and white colour options sits on top of a stark white sole unit. Again offered up in navy and white options, the apparel range follows similar detailing to the footwear options, featuring long-sleeved polo tops, woven work-out shorts and 6-panel cap which bears an embroidered tennis-inspired "Country Club" logo design, which was conceived exclusively for this collection.

The Nike SB X Call Me 917 collection will be available from the 17th of September on Nike.com and at select retailers including Flatspot.

Supreme x Nike SB – Blazer Low GT

Having already revived classic silhouettes from the brands archive including the court ready GTS, Supreme now turn to one of Nike SB's most iconic sneakers - the Blazer Low GT, to give it a uniquely Supreme revamp for this season.

Dropping in three tonal colour ways of powdery pink, light teal and tan, the Blazer Low GT has been dressed in a soft suede on the upper which is contrasted with premium leather swoosh branding. Additional details include tonal lacing and tongue, with a co-branded tongue tab and further leather detailing on the heel, which is accented with hits of subtle embossed gold foiling. All that goodness sits on top of the ever popular gum sole unit which perfectly compliments each colour way, it's nice to see that they've kept this one simple and because of that produced three highly wearable styles.

The Supreme x Nike SB - Blazer Low GT will drop online and in-store at the brands NY, LA, London & Paris locations from September 15th, following it up with a Japan release on the 17th. To commemorate the release, William Strobeck and the crew take to the streets for "KING PUPPY", which you can check in full below...

Nike SB Zoom All Court CK in University Gold

Nike SB continue to get it right with Cory Kennedy's signature All Court silhouette as they drop a new bold 'University Gold' colour way just in time for the warm weather. Keeping much of the construction the same as previous releases, the old tennis court shoe has been reworked in to a durable skate staple with a rugged brushed suede upper, Zoom Air cushioning in the sole unit for protection upon impact and a protective rubber toe cap for improved flick. The shoes Gold upper is contrasted with off white suede detailing on the upper including lacing and swoosh, and sits on top of a stark white sole unit.

Nike SB GTS & Dunk Low Premium QS

Nike SB is set to drop a new premium QS pack this weekend, offering up a raw take on the popular Dunk Low and newly re-introduced GTS silhouettes. The shoes upper has been decked out with a heavy-duty, un-dyed canvas for a rugged, rustic look. With tonal lacing on the GTS and contrasting black lacing on the Dunk Low, both styles have been accented with black swoosh detailing and sits on top of a white sole unit. The shoe's hardwearing canvas will give the wearer durability and protection for increased wear, while the Zoom Air heel unit ensures optimal cushioning upon impact.

Alongside some of the brands more daring, perhaps less wearable, silhouettes that have already hit the shelves this year, it's good to see the brands continue to work with some of their classics to offer more accessible styles that will not only skate well, but look good on the foot too. The Nike SB GTS & Dunk Low Premium QS are set to drop this Saturday the 16th of April over on the brands webstore.

Nike GTS

Nike SB Zoom GTS

Having been the subject of the hugely popular Nike SB x Supreme collaboration back in July last year, Nike's classic GTS tennis silhouette returns as part of a main line release.

The early 90's tennis shoe was reworked in to five stand out colour ways, all with original features in tact for the Supreme collab, which celebrated the shoes popularity amongst the skaters of the era. As you can expect with any Supreme drop, the collab was met with a great response and pulled the modest silhouette back in to the limelight of both skateboarders and sneaker lovers across the globe.

Looking to capitalise on the new found popularity of the GTS, Nike have released the shoe in a simplistic black/white colour option, featuring a durable canvas upper with hardwearing suede overlays on the toe and heel. Tonal lacing and a small embroidered swoosh logo on the side panels complete the simplistic look of the shoe, all of which sits on top of a contrasting white rubber outsole which features Nike's signature Zoom cushioning.
