10.Deep have released their Spring 2014 collection entitled ‘Internationally Known’. Their latest offering has taken inspiration from an array of diverse cultures that have influenced the New York City street wear scene over the years.
The first drop for Spring 2014 focuses around the role Japanese culture played in the development and growth of New York City street wear. 10.Deep use the Japanese design and style that has refined and nurtured the New York street wear scene and flips it on its head as they create an American take on Japanese street wear (which in itself is a refinement of American street wear).
With the use of Heavy Kanji-laden graphics and cherry blossom prints, they contrast these designs with classic western silhouttes such as old western paisley handkerchief prints and workwear design to create a hybrid culture that references both American and Japanese style.
The 10.Deep Spring delivery first drop will be available in the UK later this month.
